 Ingredients
3 (6 inch) pita breads, non stick cooking spray
1/2 tsp garlic powder (I use California style)
1 (8 oz) container of chives and onions flavored cream cheese
1 (8 oz) container of Hummus
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped (I did not bother seeding)
3 Italian plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (again, I did not bother seeding)
1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained (black)
1 (4 oz) container Feta cheese...the flavored ones work great
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Split each pita into two rounds. Cut each round into six wedges and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Spray wedges lightly and sprinkle garlic powder on them.

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until crisp and golden brown. Cool.

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a pie pan. Drop hummus by small spoonfuls evenly over cream cheese and spread evenly. Top with remaining ingredients in order of recipe.
