1/4 C butter
1/4 C chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup, condensed
1/2 C sour cream
1 - 3 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces - drained
1 can tuna
dash pepper

Instructions
Cook onion in butter until tender.
Blend in soup, sour cream and pepper.
Add tuna and mushrooms.
Heat through and serve on hot cooked rice or noodles.
