Grilled Tuna Steaks with Maui Onion, Cucumber and Mango Relish

 Ingredients
Relish:
1 Diced Maui onion (1/4 inch pieces)
1 med cucumber peeled, seeded and diced in 1/4 inch pieces
1 slightly under ripe mango (about 1 lb) peeled, pitted and diced in 1/4 inch pieces
1 1/2 teaspoon minced red chili pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Tuna steaks:
4 fresh Mahi tuna steaks
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Instructions
Relish...Combine cucumber, onion, mango, garlic and chili pepper in medium bowl. Add remaining relish ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.

Prepare grill and preheat on medium high flame. Rub tuna steaks with oil, salt and pepper. Grill over med - hot flames or coals 2 to 3 minutes each side fro med rare, 3 to 4 for well done. Plate tuna steaks and top with mango relish.
